Bing Maps

Bing Maps, which is also called Live Search Maps, Windows Live Local, Windows Live Maps, and MSN Virtual Earth, is a web mapping service that Microsoft created and offers as a kind of search engine. It is powered by the Bing Maps Platform foundation.

How to use Bing Maps

Step 1: Go to Bing Maps. Navigate to Bing Maps using your web browser.

Step 2: Choose a location.

You can either have Bing Maps retrieve your current location or use the search box to select a different location.

Step 3: View the map

To gain a better understanding of the location, use the plus and minus buttons in the upper right corner of the map to zoom in and out. To center your view on the map, click and drag. Zooming in and out allows you to see the entire world, a country, or a city on the map. Everything is clearly visible, from the main roads and highways to the houses and streets.
